Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
stack4solo is built for solopreneurs, by solopreneurs. We take your privacy seriously and keep this policy plain and honest — no legal jargon.
1. What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and business details you provide during onboarding. When your customers place orders or make bookings through your storefront, we collect the information needed to fulfill those transactions (name, contact details, order details). We also collect standard usage data — pages visited, actions taken — to improve the platform.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to operate the platform, provide support, send important account notifications, and improve stack4solo. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your customers' data for any purpose other than running your business on the platform.
3. Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to core team members only.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how the platform is used. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account and data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@stack4solo.com. We will respond within 7 business days.
6. Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform — including Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (billing). Each of these services has their own privacy policy and security practices. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
8. Contact
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your data, please email us at hello@stack4solo.com. We are a small team and will personally respond to every message.
